If you're up for it, you can install the latest iOS 11.0.2 update on your supported iOS device via the OTA mechanism. That's much less than the 240 minutes achieved by devices on iOS 10.

Beyond the most recent update, iOS 11 adds a revamped Control Center with customizable shortcuts and a new Lock screen that's been merged with the Notification Center. Hefty Wealth Partners now owns 804 shares of the iPhone maker's stock valued at $115,000 after buying an additional 174 shares in the last quarter. In fact, it's the cheapest of Apple's new smartphones, the iPhone 8, that has failed to attract customer attention. They didn't even specify why they would completely remove the 3.5mm audio jack and not improve the iPhone 8 radically in terms or battery life or performance. There are also some users who reported that the alarm on their iPad or iPhone will not make a sound if their gadget is in Silent Mode.

"It's intermittent - on some calls you can perfectly notice it on others no problem", reads an Apple user's comment on an official discussion board.

A Chinese tech website said that Apple is looking into the incident and unearthing the possible reasons.

After updating his iPhone 6s to iOS 11, Tirias Research Principal Analyst Kevin Krewell ran into some battery drainage issues, he told TechNewsWorld. The update is available now. Mutual of Omaha Bank Wealth Management grew its holdings in shares of Apple by 1.3% in the 2nd quarter. The report also predicted that Apple will be able to sell 40 million iPhone X units by 2017-end and around 90 million iPhone X unit totally by the end 2018. So, the iPhone 7 now starts at $549 and the iPhone 7 Plus starts at $669. Some iPad and iPhone users seem to be refraining from upgrading the latest operating system.
